Since each pair is crafted with care, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. Once your shoes have been inspected and prepared for shipment, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all UK orders — our way of saying thank you for supporting our small business.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your shoes' journey from our workshop to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your shoes within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
